Marzipan and Fondant

Sugar paste and Marzipan modeling is similar yet different. Marzipan is more complex to work with as it is greasy, heavy and sticky and has a rough appearance due to the high content of the almond powder, which also gives it its wonderful taste. Sugar paste hardens and maintains its shape over time and is more convenient to work. In both materials the many possibilities are within imagination and skill.
