Sugar Flowers

Creating sugar flowers out of gum paste (flexible fondant) became my great love, and while experiencing and copying from nature, I developed my own techniques to simplify the process of making them. I have documented these techniques in instruction booklets with detailed step-by-step photographs. 3 have already been published (in Hebrew). The booklets were originally created as support for my workshops, but they are also sold separately.
